New Note: The Arts & Culture Center has now instituted a rental fee for their gallery (2x $120.00 per day = $276.00). As a result, we have changed the Set Up times to avoid additional charges. Volunteers are needed to set up quickly. Many hands make light work.
Drop Off/Registration & Setup: Saturday October 24th, 2026, from 9-11am. Please drop off your work as early as possible.
Exhibit Open: Saturday October 24th , from 12:00 to 5:00 pm & Sunday, October 25th from 11:00 am to 4:00pm. Where: Arts and Culture Centre, 2nd Floor Gallery.
I hope you have been working on your pieces and are spreading the word ABOUT THE EXHIBITION - Share the attached exhibition poster on your social feeds. Exhibiting artists are encouraged to spend some time at the exhibit to help oversee exhibit and converse with patrons. This is your exhibition, please take part.
Membership fees must be paid to enter the exhibition before the Final Notice of Registration midnight October 22nd, 2026.
The preferred method of paying exhibit fees is via PayPal or e-transfer, however, those who wish may still pay at registration with cash or cheque. Exhibit fees paid by e-transfer/PayPal must be done before the final notice date to allow processing to ensure receipt of payment.

If you cannot attend the Registration/Drop-off or the end of show for pick up, PLEASE make arrangements to cover these events. Pieces should not be removed from the wall until 4pm closing.
Size Restrictions: Artists may enter three (3) original artworks including photography, glass, and sculpture.
Sizes of canvas/paper: if you have 1 large image, the other 2 images must be smaller, 1 medium size and 1 small or 2 small). Please indicate sizes in whole numbers.
Small – 8” x 10”, 6” x 12”, 10” x 13” or smaller, Medium – 12” x 16” up to and including 20” x 24”, Large - larger than 20” x 24”
All works must be correctly framed and wired, ready to hang. Works on gallery canvas need not be framed but must have edges finished properly. The artist’s name, phone # and title of each work must be clearly written on or the label securely attached to the back of each piece. Please do this at home. As in all shows, pieces are displayed at the discretion of the board and we will hang all pieces meeting guidelines (space permitting).Show fees may still be paid in cash or cheque at registration or paid by etransfer or PayPal. AANL charges a 15% commission on works sold. Payment for sold works will be made at the end of the show.
