Description: This piece is based on a sky that caught my eye through the passenger window as my husband and I were returning to St. John's from a roadtrip. I aimed to capture the luminosity and expansive feel of the sky at this particular time of day. It makes me think of the bittersweet end of an adventure while returning to the comforts of home.
